The concept that people with disabilities are required to inspire those who don’t have any. That meme that brightens your day because you realize you don’t have to deal with a disability? Really appreciated both your thoughts and the gentle sarcasm displayed herein. I was tripping because I think I just made the “Blind white female” comment to someone recently. Bravo for speaking out on a subject which, IMHO, isn’t addressed nearly enoug publicly,. I’m now subscribed to the podcast! 🙂
